MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Investing in Lebanon’s brightest young minds
Born and raised in Lebanon, I attended two top universities internationally (École Polytechnique and HEC Paris) and worked at leading global institutions.
With the experience I have gained coaching students and serving on the admissions jury for HEC Paris, I decided to launch M Academy with a firm belief in the Lebanese education system and in the idea that, with the right mentorship and guidance, our students can excel at top universities globally and later at top-tier professional institutions.
I believe that investing in our young talents and strengthening their roots in Lebanon is a key pillar to improving the country’s competitiveness globally and achieving long-term economic prosperity.
I am fortunate to have built a network comprised of the best Lebanese talent globally, who will be dedicating their time and effort to students.

SIGNAL
What outsiders see
Signals are metrics used to assess an underlying trait. For example, a school uses grades (the signal) to assess a student’s understanding of a subject (the core).
M Academy’s team of top university graduates teaches students to portray the best version of themselves by helping them understand the concept of signalling, and craft intentional messages that appeal to admissions officers and recruiters.
CORE
The intrinsic skillset of a person
While signals are important to showcase skill, the Core is what constitutes a person’s intrinsic skillset. Signals should be supported by a strong Core to be credible. For example, a student that does not have a strong understanding of a subject will never be able to achieve high grades.
M Academy developed a program grounded in cutting-edge research from adolescent psychology to identify and develop the core’s components.
